Ways to work with me
If you need support throughout your journey to worry-free sleep, you can consider a couple of options I offer 🙂.
Face to face real-time communication. On the sessions we take a closer look at your current obstacles and together look for ways to overcome them.
👉 It’s a request-based call session. We will jump on a call whenever you need support. No need to commit to multiple sessions unless you feel like it.
👉 Calls are usually via Google Meet. My timezone is CET.
👉 A session lasts approximately 50 minutes
👉 Payment is done via Paypal prior to the call. Details after inquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org.
👉 I don’t provide treatment, make a diagnosis or give any medical advice, as I am not a doctor or a therapist. Nothing from what I do or communicate constitutes or substitutes professional medical help.

The Dialogues – talk to me via emails*
The Dialogues are for those who need an on going support. It is an email-based communication where you get a chance to ask as many questions as you want, have someone you can share your journey with and who can give you an encouragement you need.
Advantages of the email-based communication:
✅ I give thought-through in-depth responses that come from my personal experience and everything I know about the topic.
✅ Revisit our communication anytime you need, it will stay in your inbox.
✅ You have enough time to think through and formulate the questions and follow-ups, and send as many questions as you need.
✅ Informal and friendly style of communication. ❤️ We are equal partners on this journey.
✅ Unlike 1-1 calls, you are not tied to a certain time of communication.
👉 A monthly subscription.
👉 Response rate is up to 48 hours but I usually respond much faster (Once a day or so).
👉 I don’t respond on weekends (incl. Friday evenings CET time zone). You can still message me in the meantime, but the earliest response will come on Monday.
👉 Payment is done via paypal upfront. Closer to the end of the paid period, I will let you know and you can decide whether you want to continue communication or not.
👉 My style is never directive but rather something that can help you uncover your unique path to peaceful sleep. Those who seek a concrete step-by-step plan won’t find it here.
