What insomnia recovery feels like

It’s not finding a fail-proof strategy to keep relying on for the rest of our lives. It’s not some perfect sleep streak. And it’s definitely not about controlling sleep.

It’s about letting the body do what it’s meant to do so effortlessly…when we stop trying so hard. We simply learn how to get out of our own way.

This is what it feels like in the end:
