Want more support for your recovery – but not ready to hire a coach?

I get it. You’re doing your best to figure this out. You’ve read the blogs, watched the videos, maybe even tried dozens of “sleep hacks”… and you’re still stuck piecing it all together like some exhausting DIY project.

And while working with a sleep coach might sound great, it also might feel a little out of reach right now – for your energy, your schedule, or your budget.

That’s exactly why I created something in-between. Something structured and supportive.

It’s for people who are ready to go deeper into the recovery process, but don’t want to piece together 256 blog posts, YouTube videos, or Reddit threads.

It’s for people who want to be part of a community – without the chaos of social media and those “well-meaning” Facebook comments that somehow make you feel worse.

Meet the Fearless Sleep Library

No, not the dusty kind with ancient encyclopedias. This is your go-to space for all things insomnia recovery – organized, clear, and created with care.

Inside, you’ll find:

  • A paced course with daily lessons – start at any time
  • Topic-based Q&A style posts to tackle real-life nuances of recovery
  • An archive of Fearless Sleep Letters (the ones people actually save)
  • A recovery dictionary to decode all the “what does that even mean?” stuff
  • A private, calm space to share progress, connect, and not feel so alone

It’s structured & grounded. It’s not some cookie-cutter sleep rules checklist, which doesn’t work anyway – not in the long-term. This is the place for real transformation.

Because here’s what I believe deeply:

👉 Anyone can overcome insomnia and sleep anxiety.

👉 We can get to the other side of the fear, the spiraling thoughts, and the mental gymnastics of trying to “force” sleep.

👉 We can stop managing sleep like it’s a second job – and start trusting our bodies again.

I've been there – and I’m here to show the way forward

I know what it’s like to feel lost. To go from “Sleep used to be the thing I looked forward to most…” to “It feels like I’ve lost the only place where I used to find peace.”

And I also know what it’s like to find your way back

It’s certainly a process, but it’s oh-so-worth it!

The Library is my brain on a (virtual) bookshelf. Everything I’ve learned and everything I’ve taught. All in one place, growing and evolving.

What insomnia recovery feels like

It’s not finding a fail-proof strategy to keep relying on for the rest of our lives. It’s not some perfect sleep streak. And it’s definitely not about controlling sleep.

It’s about letting the body do what it’s meant to do so effortlessly…when we stop trying so hard. We simply learn how to get out of our own way.

This is what it feels like in the end:

✅ Going to bed without a plan or safety measures
✅ Not obsessively checking the clock or tracking sleep performance
✅ Watching a choppy night come and go without panic
✅ Having a full day – and realizing we didn’t even think about sleep
✅ Laughing again, making plans – even when we’re a little tired
✅ Trusting our body, even when it doesn’t give us the “perfect” night
✅ Sleep just happens the way it did before – without us even knowing “how”

It’s not about sleep becoming perfect.

It’s about sleep no longer being seen as a problem.

You don’t have to walk this path alone

The Fearless Sleep Library is an invitation into clarity, structured exploration, and something steady to lean on as you move through your own process.

If you’re ready to stop managing insomnia like a full-time job…

If you’re ready to stop doing this solo…

The door is open – come on in ❤️
